WEEKLY MEAL PLANS

This post is to display your weekly meal plan. Planning and preparing meals is KEY to sticking to this Healthy Eating Diet. I usually spend a day each week planning and preparing meals to pack or just quickly grab from the fridge.

    Tues: Honey Mustard Chicken (modified) & Squash
    Wed: Lemon Pepper Baked Cod & steamed Veggie
    Thurs: Garlic/Tomato Shrimp (new creation) & veggies
    Fri: Parmesan Chicken & veggies
    Sat: OFF DAY

    Wed: Turkey Burgers & Brussel Sprouts
    Thurs: Salmon & Asparagus

    Sat: OFF
    Sun: Chicken/Shrimp Kabobs
